Amber Banfield held various roles at WorleyParsons from November 1999 to July 2021. She was the global strategy director from January 2010 to December 2020 before becoming global manager of mergers and acquisition. For over 20 years, she has supporting the company's significant transformation into the largest energy and resources provider globally.
Ms Banfield has diversified market experience covering the oil & gas, mining, power (including new energy) and infrastructure sectors. She has been involved in engineering, program management, marketing & communications, strategic planning, management & implementation, investor relations, corporate responsibility, business & financial planning, mergers & acquisitions, and board/management reporting.
Ms Banfield holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Environmental and Civil) and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Western Australia.
