Amanda Vivian has a degree in Financial Services, is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Fellow of Leadership WA.
Ms Vivian joined Baptistcare in August 2015 where she has been involved in heading the HR, payroll, governance and risk, PR and marketing, and strategic planning functions. She became chief operating officer in May 2020, acting joint chief executive in September 2022, and was formally appointed as chief executive in February 2023.
Prior to Baptistcare, Ms Vivian spent over 7.5 years as chief executive of Aurum Catering which was responsible for the delivery of catering services to residential aged care, retirement living, Meals on Wheels and others. She was also the chief operating officer of Bankwest during her 6-year tenure, and has a wealth of experience working with senior executive teams on a number of critical activities including developing a risk and values based culture, running the HR function and supporting the organisation's people agenda.
