Amanda Tober has over 20 years of experience in human resources across multiple industries and countries. She is passionate about driving business performance through clarity of strategy, supported by a positive culture. With extensive M&A experience, Ms Tober is well versed in leading change and business transformation. Prior to becoming a director of people & culture at UXC, Ms Tober was group director of human resources at iSentia (previously named Media Monitors). She has also held senior leadership roles with Boral, Philips Electronics, GrainCorp and BMC Software. Ms Tober holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Business.
