Allyn Wasley has over 15 years of experience as an executive in a co-operative and is knowledgeable in the areas of strategy, finance and leadership. Until the end of 2015, Mr Wasley was general manager of strategy and business development, and prior to that was chief financial officer and company secretary of the CBH Group where he worked closely with the downstream value-added investments in South East Asia and Australia, holding a range of board positions. Mr Wasley operates a portfolio of business opportunities that are focused on assisting leaders in leading and winning through strategic discovery and execution. He is also the chief financial officer of Bombora Wave Power, a wave technology company. Mr Wasley holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, a postgraduate Diploma in Management, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
