Alison Taylor

Alison Taylor is a qualified Certified Practising Accountant. She started her career in audit at PwC and carried on to work in multiple leadership roles. This included Growth Equities Mutual, a property management company which was acquired by Lendlease, and later as Corporate Accountant at Lester Group, a property development business.

In 2000, Ms Taylor co-founded PUMPNSEAL Australia – a specialist supplier of process pumps, pumping systems and sealing solutions. After 16 years as CFO, Ms Taylor took on the role of General Manager. She was also integral in the business winning numerous accolades including the WBA Best Medium Sized Business and Best Business Overall (2019), and Runners up in Business News Rising Stars Awards 2019 (Medium Sized Business). Ms Taylor & her co-owners ultimately sold the business in January 2020 to a UK-listed company.
