Aleksandra Spaseska is a senior executive at Wesfarmers, having joined in 2008. She has held a range of head office and divisional roles. Ms Spaseska was appointed chief financial officer of Kmart Group in 2020. The company announced in December 2024 she would succeed Ian Bailey as managing director of Kmart Group, with effect from April 2025.
