Alastair Clayton is a qualified geologist and mining executive with extensive corporate experience at all levels, and is based in London. He has extensive experience in the resources sector, having held senior executive and board positions with a wide range of successful resources companies.
Mr Clayton has been involved in the financing of several large-scale mining projects, as well as the recent sale of the Namibian-focused ASX-listed uranium company Extract Resources to Taurus, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Guangdong Nuclear Power Company.
Mr Clayton also plays the role of an independent director, and assists with marketing the company in Europe and the UK.
