Adam Sierakowski is a lawyer and founder of the legal firm Price Sierakowski (now Palisade Corporate). He has spent much of his career as a corporate lawyer consulting and advising on a range of transactions to a variety of large private and listed public entities. Mr Sierakowski has vast experience in restructuring entities, mergers and acquisitions, both domestically and overseas and has played a key role in the recapitalisation of many ASX listed shells.
Mr Sierakowski has also served as director of numerous ASX listed companies and is co-founder of Perth-based corporate advisory firm, Trident Capital.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies.
