Abi Cleland is a strategic and commercial business leader who has delivered results developing and implementing strategy, digital and M&A as well as running businesses and transforming businesses in ASX companies (BHP, ANZ, Amcor, IPL). Her career has spanned industrial, retail and financial services industries with experience in Australia as well as living and working offshore in Asia.
From late 2012 until December 2017, Ms Cleland built a successful boutique management and advisory business (Absolute Partners) focused on growth, digital and technology disruption, working with CEO/senior executives and boards at large companies and entrepreneurial businesses.
Ms Cleland has been a non-executive director of Orora, Computershare and Sydney Airports, chair of fintech startup UnoHomeLoans (backed by Westpac) and non-executive director of Swimming Australia.
She has an MBA from Melbourne University, as well as Commerce and Arts degrees from Monash University.
