The Women in Defence Association (WiDA) is a national organisation focused on improving progress in gender equity across Australia's defence and national security sector.
The organisation was founded by Rachel Falzon in 2023 and aims to address the systems and behaviours shaping workforce participation, workplace safety and leadership representation.
WiDA is a member organisation of the Australian Gender Equality Council.
