Wilco Maintenance Solutions is a 100% Indigenous owned company specialising in fixed plant maintenance and water services in the Pilbara regions of Western Australia.
Founded in 2023, the business offers a range of services including, site shutdown works, mine-site labour support and project works across port and rail operations in Port Hedland.
Almost every staff member at Wilco Maintenance Solutions lives in the Pilbara, and about three quarters are Aboriginal.
Wilco now employs about 20 staff and is Supply Nation-certified.
