Vinarchy is a global wine company formed in 2025 following the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers.
It has a global heritage that dates back to 1830 and is led by a range of brands, including Hardy's, Campo Viejo, and Jacob’s Creek.
Vinarchy has operations across the globe with wineries located in Spain, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
In August 2022, Western Australia’s largest winemaker, Fogarty Wine Group, acquired the group's Nannup facility, which produces the Houghton and Brookland Valley labels.
