The Village Margaret River on the market
Sirona Capital has engaged Colliers International and CBRE to offer its 5,706 square metre shopping centre in Margaret River to the market.
The Village at Margs was built in 2013 and is anchor-tenanted by a Woolworths supermarket, a BWS Liquor outlet and 16 specialty shops.
In early 2015, the centre was purchased by Sirona Capital, and then later sold in 2019 to Perdaman Industries for $20 million.

Sirona Capital has engaged Colliers International and CBRE to offer its 5,706 square metre shopping centre in Margaret River to the market.
Sirona Capital has added the Margaret River Shopping Centre to its retail portfolio, buying the centre via syndicate for an undisclosed sum.
Several major deals in recent months mark a surge of activity in the shopping centre space.
Vikas Rambal’s Perdaman Industries has continued its march on retail property, adding a third shopping centre to its portfolio through the $20 million acquisition of The Village at Margs.
