The Terrace Initiative

The Terrace Initiative is a management and people analytics consultancy firm. They specialise in transformation sciences across strategy, organisational change, business analysis, project and programme management.

In April 2019, The Terrace Initiative was acquired by Deloitte with co-founders Corrie Scheepers and Melissa Bell appointed partners of the Human Capital Consulting practices and heading up a new Leader-led Change team (part of Deloitte Consulting’s Organisation Transformation practice).
