Subcontractors WA

Subcontractors WA has been established to represent subcontractors and suppliers in the WA construction industry. Whilst subcontractors make up at least 82% of the industry todate, they have not had a formal body and no effective systems in place to protect their security of payment when contracting companies run into difficulty and default on their obligations. Subcontractors WA will provide much needed support to protect and assist subcontractors when dealing with head contractors. The Association will also be very active in pushing for better payment protections to be put in place for subcontractors and building relationships between government and subcontractors.
