Family Support WA is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families, through service support. The Oganisation understands disabilities can limit choices for the individual as well as their family, and finding the right support can be confusing. As your trusted family partner, Family Support WA work with each unique family, to tailor an individualised person-centred service plan.
On 25 November 2021, Family Support changed its name to Strive Community Services Inc.
