Potentia Energy is an Australian renewable energy company co-owned by Italy’s Enel Green Power and Japan’s INPEX. The Sydney-based business has been trading as Enel Green Power Australia since 2017. INPEX acquired a 50 percent holding in 2023, and the business adopted the Potentia brand in December 2024.

It owns the 75 MW Flat Rocks Stage 1 wind farm in WA’s South West and has 310 MW of solar capacity across South Australia and Victoria. The business has rights secured for a development pipeline of 7 GW across the country.
