Paramount Mining Corporation Limited engaged in the acquisition and development of interests in gold and diamond exploration properties in Western Australia, Ghana, Indonesia, and South Africa. It also explored for coal and silver ores. In August 2016 it was delisted from the ASX following a failure to pay listing fees. This followed an in specie distribution of its 85% holding in Paramindo Singapore earlier that year.
