Former BGC Australia Residential boss Kelvin Ryan is bringing a distinct Western Australian flavour to his role as managing director of Victorian homebuilder Simonds Group, signing prominent Perth property executive Kate O'Hara to head the company's marketing operations.
BGC Australia is one of the state's largest and most diverse business groups, with revenue last financial year in excess of $2 billion from its building, construction, property, contracting, trucking and manufacturing operations.
Some of the state's biggest home builders have joined a government panel to deliver design and construction work on the $560 million Social Housing Investment Package.
