Nextgen Group, previously Nextgen Networks, is a Melbourne-based supplier of network connectivity, data centre facilities and cloud services to Australian businesses, government agencies and telecommunications service providers. In June 2013, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (OTPP) acquired 70 per cent of the Nextgen Networks, Metronode and Infoplex businesses, rebranded as Nextgen Group, with Leighton Holdings retaining 30 per cent ownership.
