Naracoota Resources was a Subiaco-based gold and copper explorer. Its principal projects comprised the Horseshoe project and the Fraser project. Naracoota announced a deal to acquire South Australian health infomatics company Alcidion Corporation in 2015, a reverse takeover deal which concluded with a change of name and nature of business before relisting in February 2016.
