Liebherr is a family-owned German company with global operations supplying cranes, earthmoving and mining equipment.
Its Australian subsidiary was incorporatedin 1981 and shortly after this time the head office complex in Adelaide was built.
The group employs 1700 people across Australia, including 1200 in its mining division, which counts Fortescue, BHP and Glencore as major clients.
