JERA Australia is a joint venture between Tokyo Electric Power Group (TEPCO) and Chubu Electric Power Group.
In 2016 JERA took over responsibility for its parent companies’ existing fuel and overseas power businesses including upstream assets, sales and purchase agreements, power generation and energy infrastructure.
