International Parking Group (IPG) has a portfolio of nine BOOT (Build, Own, Operate & Transfer) scheme hospital car parks that it has developed since 1994.
It owns and operates the QEII Medical Centre multi-deck car park in Western Australia, which it bought from Capella Capital in 2019.
IPG has been backed by Prime Super, First Sentier Investors, and Colonial First State Global Asset Management.
