Innovaero is a Western Australian aeronautical engineering company. BAE Systems acquired a 51% shareholding in October 2023.
Established in 2010, it holds long-term export contracts and has won multiple awards.
It manufactures and supplies Spookfish camera technology to Eagleview Technologies in North America. It is also developing the InnovaeroFox, a maritime unmanned aerial system targeting defence applications.
In January 2021, Innovaero expanded with the acquisition of Perth company Aviation Composites.
