Since it's foundation in March 2018, Complete Home Filtration has expanded to have physical presences in NSW, Victoria, Queensland, the ACT and South Australia, while remaining headquartered in Osborne Park.
In December 2020, Environmental Water Solutions won the Startup Business of the Year award at Business News's WA Business Awards, and returned in 2024 to win both the Medium and Overall categories. In 2022, it won both the Embracing Innovation and Outstanding Growth categories at the Telstra Best of Business awards.
