Cicero Group provides a range of IPO, secondary capital raisings, merger & acquisition advice to private companies and public companies listed or seeking to list on Australian or international exchanges. Cicero also has a corporate services division that provides a range of accounting, compliance and corporate administration services to private companies and public companies listed or seeking to list on Australian or international exchanges.

In July 2023 it merged with Nexia Perth, a branch of the global accounting and advisory firm Nexia Australia.
