Mineral exploration company Encounter Resources has tapped investors for $10 million to advance exploration activities at its West Australian and Northern Territory projects.
Perth-based Encounter Resources, Predictive Discovery and Trek Metals have each launched capital raisings, with the proceeds to go towards gold projects in Australia and Guinea.
Black Cat Syndicate has launched a $10 million share placement, with three other Western Australian-based explorers also seeking funds to progress their gold and copper projects.
West Perth-based Sky and Space Global has revised its previously announced plans for a $15 million capital raising, with the funds to be raised through a placement and rights issue at 0.5 cents per share.
