The former company Bonnie Rock Transport Pty Ltd was established in 1998 to provide a service to the Oil and Gas Industry throughout Australia. Since the company's inception they had grown substantially allowing them to meet the demand of Oil and Gas activities as well as general transport operations. In 2014 the company was acquitted by ASCo Group.
