The Company formerly known as Basper was was founded in 1963 and based in Nedlands, Australia. It changed it's name from Berklee Limited to Basper Limited In November 2013. The Company ceased trading in 2015 following a reverse takeover by DirectMoney, a Sydney based company. Direct Money is a pioneer in the Marketplace Lending industry.
