BWA 128 948 201 Pty Ltd, formerly Bentleys (WA), formerly RLF Bentleys, was established when Rix Levy Fowler became the Western Australian licensee for Bentleys. In 2008, ASX-listed Count Financial bought a stake in the business, eventually becoming majority shareholder.
Count sold the firm to Fortuna Advisory Group on July 1, 2024 and the practice ceased to be part of the Bentleys network. Concurrently, Knight Group (https://www.businessnews.com.au/Company/Knight) became the new licensee of the Bentleys name in WA.
