Armaguard is a armoured transport company and atm management company founded by Mayne Nickless in Melbourne in 1938. In 2003, Armaguard was sold to Linfox as part of a divestment of Mayne's transport assets. Armaguard and competitor Prosegur were merged in 2023, with 65% of the merged group held by Linfox and 35% by Prosegur's global parent company.
