Rare earths miner Peak Resources plans to restructure its funding arrangements to increase its stake in the Ngualla joint venture, with a $7 million capital raising put forward to investors.
Peak Resources has appointed engineering firm Amec Foster Wheeler for its Ngualla rare earth project in Tanzania after locking in a $5 million interim loan.
Peak Resources says it has received an investment proposal from International Finance Corporation, which wants to join a consortium with Appian Natural Resources Fund in its $US25 million funding deal.
