Antilles Oil and Gas engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and production of petroleum and gas properties in Texas. It holds interests in the Motherlode project located to the north of Midland, Texas that covers 250 square miles of 3-D seismic data located in the northern part of Midland County, the central portion of Martin County, and the southern part of Dawson County. The company was based in Perth, and was previously known as Advance Energy. The Company name changed to Antilles Oil and Gas in July 2014.
In November 2018 Antilles became HomeStay Care, following a reverse takeover deal.
