ARK Group

Owned and operated by the Kapinkoff family for over 35 years, ARK is a WA hospitality group which operated a variety of Perth venues including Durty Nelly’s Irish Pub, The Generous Squire, Market Grounds, The Peach Pit Bar, Scarborough Beach Bar, and The Duke Bar and Bistro in Carramar.

In June 2022, ARK Group sold off seven of its venues (Durty Nelly’s, Market Grounds, The Generous Squire, The Bassendean Hotel, Scarborough Beach Bar, Galway Girl and The Peach Pit) to Victorian hospitality company Australian Venue Co, retaining The Paddington as its only asset.
