8VI Holdings (formerly 8VI Holdings and Digimatic Group) is a Singapore-based FinEduTech company operating under the brand name VI.

8VI is one of Singapore's financial education and training providers. Under the brand name of Value Investing College, 8VIC is the financial education provider in the discipline of value investing in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Shanghai.

The company was delisted from the ASX in February 2025 and deregistered in July 2025.
