Luke Parker is a Founding Director at strategic property development advisor, project management and superintendent consultancy OP Properties. As Director, Mr Parker oversees all aspects of OP Properties and its diverse clients and projects. Mr Parker has extensive experience within Perth’s property development and construction industry across a wide range of projects including retail, commercial, mixed-use, heritage, retirement living, aged and disability care, not for profit, as well as grouped and multi-unit residential developments. Mr Parker holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and Economics with Honours and a Master of Property from the Curtin University of Technology, as well as a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety. Actively involved with a number of property industry bodies, Mr Parker has previously been Chair of the Property Council of Australia’s Future Directions Committee, a past member of its Residential Committee and is the current member of the council’s Retirement Living Committee.
