Eric Sweet is an Agile Coach at Bankwest.
He has has more than 15 years’ experience leading technology teams and initiatives in environments ranging from venture funded tech start-ups to publicly traded financial institutions.
Eric has been focused on building high performing Agile teams for the last 10 years and is now involved in rolling out Bankwest’s new ways of working as an Agile coach and member of Bankwest’s Transformation Tribe.
