With over 35 years’ experience across property development and investment banking, Matt McNeilly brings a seasoned understanding of Perth’s real estate market to his role as Managing Director at Sirona Urban. Matt delivers the creative drive to capitalise on real estate opportunities and manages the performance of Sirona’s real estate business and developments, along with its institutional capital partnerships.
Best known for his team’s urban regeneration projects in Fremantle, including the multi-award winning Walyalup Koort development, more recently, Sirona has been active in the living and social infrastructure sectors. This includes the delivery of Unilodge Perth Central, a 736 bed purpose-built student accommodation building in Perth’s CBD, and the highly praised Angela Wright Bennett Centre for Women and Children in Northbridge.
Sirona continues to grow its development activities across Perth comprising a significant pipeline of 12 major projects that will cost in excess of $3 billion. Notable projects that will commence construction in 2026 include Station Street Cottesloe and Point Street Fremantle.
