Western Australia’s Revo Fitness continues its impressive national expansion this year, more than doubling its presence in Victoria in 2025.
An additional 15 clubs are planned nationwide over the next 12 months, expanding the brand’s presence from 56 to 85 locations across Australia by the end of 2026.
Key to this growth, is Revo Fitness’ planned transition of eight Crunch Fitness gyms in a strategic move that will see the Australian gym increase its Victorian gym count to 22 clubs.
The growth forms part of Revo’s strategy to reach 100 locations by 2027 – a long way from the single gym in Shenton Park, Western Australia, where Founder and Managing Director Andrew Holder began the Revo Fitness start up story 13 years ago.
The gym’s growth has been driven by its member-first mentality underpinned by a belief that all Australians deserve access to quality fitness experiences.
“What started as a 200sqm space has evolved into a new way for Australians to access fitness in a way that works for them,” Mr Holder said.
“Our entire team is excited to be taking Revo’s signature experience to more communities, we are changing the way Aussies keep active through a model that’s affordable, accessible and built around real people’s lives, creating opportunities and empowering more Australians to prioritise their health and wellbeing.”
With Mr Holder guiding this growth trajectory, Revo clubs will open across Victoria in Nunawading, Ballarat, Bayswater North, Footscray, Epping, Hoppers Crossing, Highpoint, Richmond, Chadstone, Springvale, Mentone and three additional sites yet to be announced.
Partnering with like-minded businesses
Crunch Fitness Australia’s CEO Selena Afeaki said the partnership supports Crunch’s focus on growing its New South Wales footprint and the roll out of the new Crunch 3.0 model across other markets in Australia and New Zealand.
“Revo Fitness understands what it means to serve the local community,” Ms Afeaki said.
“Both brands are deeply community-focused, and this collaboration opens up new possibilities for our teams and members alike”.
The upgraded facilities will give members 24/7 access to twice as many sites in the state and include Revo’s boutique offering The Studio – a self-run, on-demand reformer Pilates and recovery space open 24/7, offering members unlimited access to reformer Pilates, massage chairs and muscle therapy and recovery equipment.
“We are very excited to start getting to know the talented Crunch team and connect with their incredible community of members.”

‘You grow, we grow’
Revo Fitness is known for its ‘you grow as we grow’ commitment, where the business increases its community support with each new gym opening.
In Western Australia over the past year, Revo has significantly increased its support for charities and local grassroots sporting clubs. The team has backed a range of local WA charities focused on mental health and suicide prevention, including Lifeline WA, Happiness Co, The Blue Tree Project, Zero to Hero, and Ocean Heroes, which provides free surf lessons for individuals on the autism spectrum.
Revo’s fundraising activations for Lifeline WA over the past year has funded the training of 37 crisis supporter workers to ensure that no one faces their darkest moments alone. Through its partnership with WA Football, Revo has sponsored 4,500 footballs for the 2025 junior season, ensuring every team has access to quality gear.
In Victoria, Revo backs several grassroots sporting clubs, including Bentleigh Greens Football Cub and South East Melbourne Netball Club, and at the elite level is a partner of the Melbourne Mavericks Super Netball team.
“We understand the importance of community and, as we welcome Crunch members to Revo, we look forward to providing support for the organisations that matter most to them,” Mr Holder said.
The future is strong
On top of the exponential growth in Victoria, Revo has further expansion plans for Western Australia with at least eight new clubs coming, while in South Australia six new clubs will open over the next 12 months.
Revo’s refreshing, member-first model – 24/7 access, no lock in contracts, and premium equipment at affordable pricing – is redefining fitness in Australia.
