WHL Energy has appointed Jeffrey Schrull to its board as a non-executive director.
Mr Schrull was most recently managing director of Rialto Energy (now Azonto Petroleum).
Before that he was general manager of exploration at Addax Petroleum.
He spent 19 years at Chevron, including three as exploration and new ventures manager for West Africa.
