Edge Visionary Living, Perth’s leading luxury property developer, proudly marks a significant milestone with the completion of Rivière Residences in Applecross. Now with the East and Central buildings complete, the landmark development is officially move-in ready, and the first residents have begun settling into their new homes.
Situated on a rare and elevated bend of the Swan River, Rivière Residences offers 100 metres of uninterrupted river frontage, delivering panoramic views from the city skyline to Kings Park and the Darling Scarp. Designed by award-winning Hillam Architects, the development sets a new benchmark in waterfront apartment living in Western Australia.
Edge Visionary Living Managing Director, Gavin Hawkins, said the completion of Rivière marks the evolution of a bold vision into a vibrant new community.
“Seeing the building come to life with residents enjoying their homes, the views and the bespoke, world-class amenities is incredibly rewarding,” Mr. Hawkins said. “Our mission has always been to deliver homes of enduring quality in locations of true lifestyle value, Rivière embodies this in every sense.”
Each apartment has been thoughtfully designed to maximise space, light, and river connectivity. With soaring 2.9-metre ceilings, expansive open-plan layouts, and floor-to- ceiling glazing, every residence frames the remarkable river vistas while offering a sense of calm sophistication. Balconies extend the living experience and encourage year- round enjoyment.
Inside, high-end finishes include Gaggenau appliances, custom timber veneer cabinetry, soft-close drawers, and elegant bathrooms with full-height tiling and designer fixtures. Kitchens, designed as the heart of the home, feature expansive island benches perfect for entertaining.
Catering to discerning downsizers and owner-occupiers, Rivière offers a low- maintenance, luxury lifestyle enriched by a suite of premium amenities. These include a 25-metre heated infinity lap pool one for each respective building, state-of-the-art gymnasium, yoga deck, sauna and steam rooms, private dining rooms with commercial kitchen, whisky den, wine cellar, games room and gold-class style theatre. Landscaped gardens and direct access to the riverfront path further reinforce the sense of sanctuary.
A building manager and concierge team are now onsite, ensuring every resident enjoys five-star service, from amenity bookings and parcel collection to guest access and lifestyle support.
As part of the Rivière lifestyle offering, both residents and the broader Applecross community will soon benefit from the convenience and vibrancy of newly approved ground-floor commercial tenancies, set to open this spring. These include an exciting mix of hospitality venues, from world-class dining experiences and a lively bar setting, The Heart and Bar Olé, to a refined bakery and café perfect for riverside mornings. With fit-outs now underway, these additions will further elevate the luxury and amenity of the development, activating the Canning Beach Road frontage and enhancing the neighbourhood with a curated atmosphere.
Buyers can now secure a premium residence without waiting for completion. The East Building is already 80% sold, with a curated selection of completed apartments still available in the Central Building. Three-bedroom apartments start from $2.25 million, with residences offering city and river views from $3.2 million. A limited collection of bespoke sub-penthouses and penthouses is also available for those seeking the pinnacle of luxury.
To mark this milestone, Edge Visionary Living invites prospective purchasers to experience Rivière first-hand at its Grand Opening Weekend on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 July, from 10am to 2pm. Guests can tour the completed apartments and resident amenities, and speak with the sales team about the exclusive homes on offer.
“This is more than a development, it’s a fully realised community and a landmark addition to the Applecross riverfront,” Mr. Hawkins said. “With Perth’s luxury apartment market continuing to strengthen, Rivière represents a rare opportunity to secure a premium home in one of the city’s most prestigious and tightly held suburbs.”
