Rayner, Balfour join Sunbird

South African gas explorer Sunbird Energy has appointed Nathan Rayner as technical director.Mr Rayner was previously evaluation explorer for Addax Petroleum, based in Geneva and general manager of petroleum engineering for Arrow Energy.
