Caitlin Iustini, CEO, has spent nearly two decades streamlining TR’s operations and now leads with a focus on growth, innovation, and people-first recruitment. “We exist to change lives for the better, one placement and one partnership at a time,” she says.
Matthew Iustini, Chief Growth & Innovation Officer, drives new opportunities and partnerships. Known for his coffee-fuelled networking, he emphasises that recruitment is about more than roles: “When you help someone find a job they love, it’s about their happiness, their family, and their future.”

Meanwhile, the Technical Resources Scholarship at Curtin University, now in its 10th year, continues to support first-year engineering students entering industries vital to WA’s future.
