Board Moves December 21, 2023

Following its acquisition of PlusOr Global, Aurum Resources has appointed Dr Caigen Wang as a non-executive director. Dr Wang was the founder and former managing director of Tietto Minerals. He has over 25 years of practical experience in mining engineering and mineral exploration within Australia, China, Africa and Canada.

Grange Resources has appointed TianXiao Shen as a non-executive director. Ms Shen has extensive experience in raw material procurement and trade, company management, supply chain operation management, and investment planning. She is the deputy general manager of Shagang International (Singapore), a subsidiary of Jiangsu Shagang Group who is a major shareholder of the company.
