Aguia Resources has transformed operations at its Santa Barbara project in Colombia, lifting processing head grades to 12 grams per tonne gold. The turnaround came after switching to high-grade, narrow-vein mining methods. With phase one site upgrades fully complete, the company is now rolling out phase two improvements, alongside the start of production at its recently licensed flagship Brazilian phosphate asset.
