ASG Group welcomes new chairman

ASG non-executive director Ronald Baxter has been appointed chairman of the company, following the resignation of Stanley Lewis. Mr Baxter has served as an independent non-executive director since 1996 and has chaired the audit committee since the company’s Australian Securities Exchange listing.
