Wade Guo

Mr Guo has been an executive with the Yucai Group China since 2005 as a representative for the Group’s Australia operations. Mr Guo has been involved with Yucai Australia Pty Ltd real estate development projects (approximately $140 million) in the capacity of director – Admin from 2009 to 2011. Mr Guo is also a director of Soaraway Developments Pty
Ltd (a substantial shareholder of Oroya) working on the group’s mining exploration projects which are valued at approximately $5 million. Prior to joining the Yucai Group he ran his own electrical and electronics service business for over 10 years.
