Victor Rajasooriar is a mining engineer and company director with over two and a half decades of operational and technical experience in multiple disciplines across both underground and open pit operations.
He was appointed managing director and chief executive of Noronex in May 2025.
Prior to his appointment at Noronex, Mr Rajasooriar served as managing director and chief executive at Siren Gold and Panoramic Resources.
He also has extensive experience in contracting roles in Australia, Africa, and North America.
Mr Rajasooriar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining from the WA School of Mines, a West Australian First Class Mine Managers Certificate, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Directors and the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
