Veris secures $6m contracts

Perth-based Veris has announced contracts worth $5.6 million with Rio Tinto, BHP and Bunnings through subsidiary Aqura Technologies.
Veris’s technology and communications business has secured new work with BHP and Oz Minerals, as well as a contract with Cubic Defence Australia, totalling $4.3 million.
Fortescue Metals Group has contracted Veris subsidiary Aqura Technologies to supply telecommunications at the Iron Bridge project in the Pilbara.
The telecommunications arm of ASX-listed Veris has secured its second contract from Fortescue Metals Group in recent months, for work at the Pilbara miner’s Kangi accommodation village.
BHP has contracted the telecommunications arm of ASX-listed Veris to upgrade in-room WiFi at a number of accommodation sites in the Pilbara.
Veris subsidiary Aqura Technologies has won its second contract from BHP this month for further work on the miner’s iron ore accommodation villages.
Perth-based Veris has revealed plans to demerge and publicly list its telecommunications business, Aqura Technologies, following a strong year of growth and significant contract wins.
